Tracking link with your brand and chat

With the Own branding module, the tracking link of your own orders shows your logo, and your customers' questions reach your dispatch.

Written by the Maxmove team

You share an order's tracking link with your customers so they can follow the delivery live. With the Own branding module, the link of your own orders looks like your page, and questions about it go to your dispatch instead of Maxmove support.

What your customers see

  • Your logo at the top. Without a logo, your company name.
  • A small "powered by Maxmove" at the bottom. Imprint and privacy policy stay.
  • The preview in WhatsApp and other messengers shows your logo and name.
  • The chat button opens the chat about this order straight away, with your name and brand color.

You manage logo, name and brand color under Settings → Organization.

Who answers the chat

Under Administration → Internal orders, Chat on the tracking link decides who answers:

  • Dispatch and driver (default): the customer joins the order chat with your dispatch and the driver. They only see messages from when they joined. The chat shows a note once they have joined.
  • Dispatch only: the customer gets a chat of their own with your dispatch about this order. The driver isn't in it.
  • Off: there is no chat button. "Call" stays.

Switching between Dispatch only and Dispatch and driver applies to new chats. Existing chats stay as they are. Off blocks guest access to existing chats too, until you enable chat again.

Everyone who opens the link writes as their own guest via tracking link. If the link is forwarded, for example from the sender to the recipient, both see each other's messages in the order chat. Guests write text only, for as long as the link is valid. You find the messages in the dashboard under Inbox and in the control center app.

The link keeps showing Maxmove and Maxmove support for orders from the Maxmove marketplace, for neutral deliveries and without the Own branding module.
