Courier and transport jobs for drivers in Cologne and NRW

Register with your mobile number, complete your details and upload the required documents in the app. Once we have approved them, you see open orders in the driver app and accept the ones that fit.

Most orders start in Cologne, Düsseldorf and the surrounding cities in North Rhine-Westphalia. You set your operating area in the app and only see orders that fit it.

You must be at least 18 and need a valid driving licence, an ID card or passport, a business registration, insurance for your vehicle and the goods you carry, and a smartphone. Independent drivers register their own vehicle; fleet drivers can be assigned one by their fleet. Trucks above 3.5 t need a road haulage permit or an EU licence.

Yes. You drive as a self-employed driver, so you need a business registration. A small business is enough for vans up to 3.5 t. You don't invoice customers yourself: Maxmove settles every order and your earnings show in the app.

Yes. You decide which open orders fit your location, vehicle and schedule. There are no minimum hours and no penalty for declining.

Yes. The driver app shows your pay for an order before you accept it. Maxmove keeps 10 to 18 % of the customer price, depending on the order, and nothing else: no subscription, no fee per contact or bid.

Weekly, to the bank account you register. The app shows every amount, its status and the next payout. For fleet orders, Maxmove pays the fleet, which then settles with its drivers.

Cars, compact vans, vans up to 3.5 t and trucks above that. The orders you see depend on the vehicle saved in your profile: the app only shows offers whose requirements match it.

Yes. If your fleet uses Maxmove, ask your dispatcher for the invite link. Your account joins the fleet automatically, the fleet can assign you a vehicle, and the fleet handles your payment.

Compare the displayed pay with the full effort: travel to pickup, loading, delivery and a possible empty return trip. Allow for vehicle costs and your working time. A nearby job can be a better fit than higher pay with a long journey to pickup.

A specific number of jobs or a fixed route is not guaranteed. Availability depends on customer demand, your service area and your vehicle. Only plan an additional delivery once you have checked and accepted the actual job.
