In Maxmove AI, open + → Connectors → Microsoft 365 → Connect. Choose the Microsoft account whose Outlook mailbox and calendar you want to use, then approve the requested permissions. Your Microsoft administrator may need to approve the app first.
Who owns the connection?
The connection belongs to your Maxmove user in the active fleet workspace. Each member connects their own account. To use it in another workspace, connect it there separately.
Microsoft grants access on behalf of the selected user. Connecting does not give Maxmove access to every mailbox or calendar in your Microsoft organization, even when an administrator approves the app. Other Maxmove members cannot use your connection.
You can connect one Microsoft account per Maxmove user and workspace. Reconnecting with a different Microsoft account replaces the previous connection in that workspace. It does not change how you sign in to Maxmove.
What can Maxmove AI do?
With the permissions you grant, Maxmove AI can search and read email, prepare email drafts, send a reviewed draft, read calendar events and create appointments. Creating drafts or appointments and sending email require your approval in the chat. Connecting alone does not send an email or create an appointment.
For example, ask: “What appointments do I have tomorrow?” or “Find the email about the delivery on Friday.”
Manage or disconnect
Open + → Connectors → Manage connectors to see the connected account, reconnect it or disconnect it. Disconnecting removes your connection for the active workspace. If a connection attempt failed, start a fresh attempt from Maxmove instead of reloading the callback window.
