Uploading proof of delivery from an order link

Learn how fleet drivers and external subcontractors upload proof-of-delivery photos for internal orders via the driver app or a shared web link.

Once an internal order is assigned or shared, the driver captures and uploads proof to confirm pickup or delivery completion.

Upload via the mobile driver app

  • Open the assigned order from the fleet control section.
  • Tap Camera to take a photo or Gallery to select existing images.
  • Review selected images (up to 10 per upload), then tap Upload.
  • The order checkpoint updates automatically after upload.
  • You can add more photos when the POD policy or operator requires additional evidence.
  • Open the upload link received via email, SMS, WhatsApp, QR code, or shared by the fleet.
  • No Maxmove account or login is required.
  • Select or drag-and-drop delivery photos, optionally enter your name and contact details.
  • Submit the upload — the fleet manager is notified automatically.

Supported formats and limits

  • Accepted: JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC (auto-converted to JPEG on mobile).
  • Maximum 10 images per upload.
  • Images are stored securely and converted to PDF for download.

Troubleshooting

  • Camera/gallery permission required on mobile — check device settings if blocked.
  • For upload failures, check your internet connection and retry.
  • If the upload link has expired, ask the fleet manager to resend it.

Upload as soon as the delivery is complete — timestamped proof protects both driver and fleet.
