Order notifications for dispatchers

Which order updates reach your dispatch team in the app and the dashboard, and how to choose between your own orders and every fleet order.

Written by the Maxmove team

Owners, admins, fleet managers and dispatchers get updates about the fleet's own orders. They arrive as a push notification in Fleet control in the Maxmove Driver app, in the browser if you enabled browser notifications, and in the dashboard inbox.

Which updates you get

  • New orders: a colleague creates an order, or a customer books one through your booking page. On by default.
  • My orders: an order you created or assigned was accepted, picked up or delivered. On by default.
  • All orders: the same updates for every other order in your fleet. Off by default.

An order counts as accepted when the driver confirms it in the app or takes it themselves, or when a subcontractor confirms the Transportauftrag. When a driver confirms a whole route, you get one notification for all of its orders.

You are not notified about your own actions. A dispatcher who also drives the order follows it as its driver instead.

Change the settings

  • App: Settings → Account Settings → Notifications → Dispatch
  • Dashboard: Settings → Notifications → Dispatch

Each switch covers both the push notification and the inbox entry. Turned off, those updates no longer appear in the inbox either.

To get notifications on your phone, allow notifications for the Maxmove Driver app and stay signed in to your fleet workspace.

Completed notification history is kept for 400 days. Once removed, its inbox entries also disappear and no longer count as unread. This does not delete your orders or chats.
