Cloud4Log is available as a prepared carrier pilot. Contact Maxmove support to arrange API access and testing for your workspace. Your Cloud4Log API credentials stay on the server.
Under Fleet → Proof of Delivery, the Cloud4Log block shows whether a connection has been configured. Check connection confirms access to the configured carrier site. A test delivery note is still needed to verify lookup and PDF access.
Link a delivery note
- Open the order and choose Link delivery note in its Cloud4Log section.
- Enter the sender's GLN and delivery note number. Add the Cloud4Log order number if needed.
- Choose the pickup and delivery stops for that note.
- Search and select the matching result. If several results appear, check their references before choosing.
For a Köln → Amsterdam → Paris route, select Köln and Amsterdam for a note covering that leg. Do not link it as if it covered the entire route.
The PDF becomes available after archiving. Refresh list updates the archive status. Import current PDF retrieves the latest provider copy; changed bytes are preserved as another revision. Assigned drivers can open the archived original from the order in their app.
Remove reference hides the link from the order. It keeps the archived original and does not delete anything in Cloud4Log.
Handover and signatures
Complete Cloud4Log handover, wallet/QR and signature steps through your established Cloud4Log process. Importing or opening a PDF in Maxmove does not confirm pickup, delivery or acceptance. The pilot requires an internet connection to open PDFs.
References are private to the workspace and access follows the current order assignment. See the developer guide for API prerequisites and pilot boundaries.
