Do prices change during busy periods?
No. There is no peak or surge pricing. The only time-based surcharges are for night (22:00–06:00) and Sunday pickups; the ones currently in effect are listed below the tariff table. Any surcharge is already included in the total before booking, and if several apply, only the highest counts.
Which costs can I see before booking?
The price summary shows the total for your order details, including any service fee and booked extras. If you change the order, the price is recalculated before confirmation.
When does waiting time become chargeable?
Waiting at each stop is free up to the free minutes shown when you book; loading time does not count as waiting. Only time beyond that is charged in time blocks and shown separately.
