Maxmove AI is available to fleet dispatchers when the AI module is enabled for their workspace. Actions follow workspace permissions and the selected approval mode.
Workspace owners and admins can choose the AI provider in Settings → Workspace → Overview → AI processing in the web or desktop dashboard. Other members can view the setting.
- Maxmove default: Maxmove chooses the model for each AI feature. Processing may use OpenAI, Anthropic or AWS, including outside the EU. Workspaces without a saved choice use this option.
- Claude API: Maxmove sends the model input directly to Anthropic. Processing may take place outside the EU. This explicit choice is preserved when Maxmove changes its platform defaults.
- Amazon Bedrock EU: Claude inference uses AWS regions within the European Union. If the service is unavailable, the AI run fails or waits for a retry; Maxmove does not switch it to a provider outside this setting.
Choose an option and select Save. The choice applies to everyone in the workspace, including new assistant runs, AI extraction from emails and PDFs, translations and document reviews. Runs already in progress finish with their original provider. A change does not delete data previously sent to a provider.
Your connected email, calendar, document destinations and external AI apps have their own processing policies. Maxmove's platform support AI is separate from your workspace assistant and is not controlled by this setting.
The setting controls model processing. It is not a guarantee that every connected service processes data in the EU, and selecting it does not replace your organization's data-protection obligations.
