This guide explains how earnings are recorded and what must be complete before payouts are released.
What this is
Marketplace offers show your expected earnings after Maxmove fees, excluding tips. Your final earnings for a completed job are confirmed in the settlement breakdown.
Jobs that a business customer books on monthly invoice pay out like every other job. Your earnings don't wait for the customer's payment.
Maxmove support can reduce its commission on an active marketplace order, including after you accept or start delivery, until completion or the settlement calculation is locked. The customer price stays the same and better terms still apply. Assigned independent drivers receive a notification and can open the order to see updated earnings. Completed or settled orders require a separate review.
Payout readiness depends on completed jobs, verified account setup, and no active compliance blockers.
What to provide
- Ensure payout profile details are complete.
- Confirm completed jobs show final status.
- Check for any compliance holds on account.
- Review account verification checks and clear pending items in your documents panel.
- Keep relevant job IDs and expected payout date available for escalation.
What happens next
- Eligible completed jobs are included in payout cycles after validation.
- If account verification or compliance requirements are outstanding, payouts remain paused until resolved.
- Support can investigate delays when you provide job IDs and expected payout window.
Earnings exports
CSV exports remain available while company details for PDF documents are incomplete. Complete the requested company details to generate PDF statements and receipts.
Your bank details
Enter the account holder's name and IBAN in Maxmove during setup. A debit card is optional and never replaces the IBAN. You can view or change your bank details later in the Wallet.
When saving includes acceptance of the terms, you accept the displayed version. If the terms change in the meantime, review the newly displayed version and accept it again. If your bank details were saved but acceptance failed, retry only the acceptance; you do not need to enter your IBAN again.
If the terms change after you saved your bank details, Documents & compliance shows Terms of service as Needs action. Open it and accept the displayed version; your bank details stay as they are. Maxmove then updates your payout account, usually within minutes. If the row shows Needs attention, contact support.
Maxmove reviews your bank details before they can receive payouts. Upload bank proof in the bank step: a screenshot from your banking app, a photo of your bank card, a bank statement or a letter from your bank is enough. The IBAN and account holder must be clearly readable. New driver applications still require bank details and bank proof.
If you are already approved as a driver, you can keep accepting orders with missing bank details or bank proof still awaiting review. All other requirements still apply, including tax verification. Your earnings accumulate in the Wallet; payouts wait until your bank details and proof are approved. Use the payout setup notice in the Wallet to add the missing information. If only the bank proof is missing, the notice says Upload bank confirmation and opens the upload. Upload tax proof in the Wallet under More → Tax details.
Your first approved bank account has no additional bank-change wait. Replacing an approved account requires recent sign-in and a new review. Once the replacement is approved, payouts pause for 24 hours. The bank details screen shows its status and when it becomes usable.
Maxmove pays your earnings out to your bank account every 7 days. When Instant Payouts are enabled for you, you can also have your earnings paid out right after the order for a fee of 2.5%, with a €2.80 minimum (see below). Saving or approving a bank account does not initiate a transfer.
Where a payout provider is used, payouts also wait until that provider confirms the approved bank details. You do not need to enter them again.
Waiting for payout setup
Payout-provider verification does not prevent approved drivers from going online or accepting jobs. Maxmove approval, tax requirements and other work restrictions still apply.
The Wallet separates money waiting for payout setup from other processing amounts and available funds. If we need information from you, follow the Wallet notice. If your setup is being reviewed, you can keep working. Once setup is confirmed, eligible earnings continue through the transfer process automatically; the bank payout follows the normal payout process.
Changing the payout method does not change the route of earnings already recorded. Instant Payouts use only eligible funds that have reached the connected payout account.
Optional Instant Payouts
When Instant Payouts are enabled for your workspace, eligible independent drivers can add an optional debit card in the Wallet and request an Instant Payout. The standard fee is 2.5% of the amount paid out, with a €2.80 minimum. It is deducted from the available balance. The app shows the exact fee and payout amount before confirmation.
At least €10 must be available. You can request at most one Instant Payout per day, and only when no payout is still being processed. The entire eligible balance is paid out, less the fee. You can instead wait for a standard payout released by Maxmove.
If the Instant Payout fails or is canceled, the payout amount and fee are credited back to your balance.
If you are fleet-assigned
- If you're assigned by a fleet dispatcher or manager, use the Fleet guides for dispatch, billing controls, and compliance workflows.
- Start with: Dispatch board and driver assignments; Fleet billing and payout controls; Compliance and document management.
For payout delays, include job IDs and expected payout date in your support message.
