Apply and get activated as a driver
Requirements, onboarding steps, and common activation blockers.
This guide is for couriers using the driver app, whether independent or assigned to a fleet.
Typical onboarding steps
- Complete identity and profile information.
- Upload required compliance documents (for example license/profile assets as requested).
- Finish required payout/account setup steps before full activation.
Common blockers
- Document data mismatch versus profile data.
- Unreadable uploads or incomplete required fields.
- Pending compliance or account review items not yet resolved.
If you are fleet-assigned

If activation is delayed, provide submission date and account identifier so support can locate your review queue quickly.
