Get started as a driver

The shortest path from registration to browsing jobs, for independent drivers and fleet-assigned drivers.

You can drive independently or join a Fleet Workspace. Your chosen path determines which additional documents and approvals you need.

Get ready to drive

  1. Complete your driver profile.
  2. Upload the documents listed in Complete onboarding and document checks.
  3. Add an active default vehicle.
  4. If you are a fleet driver, accept your fleet invitation or assignment.
  5. Wait until the driver app shows every required step as complete.

Common blockers

  • A document is cropped, unreadable, or uploaded on one side only.
  • Document details do not match the profile.
  • An independent driver's business registration is incomplete.
  • The existing vehicle is inactive or not set as the default.
  • The fleet assignment is still waiting for acceptance.

If verification is complete but no jobs appear, open No jobs visible: check your status and settings.
