No jobs visible: is my account blocked?

Usually not. Here's how your home screen shows whether you're all set, still missing a step, or restricted.

In short: An empty job list almost never means your account is blocked. If Maxmove restricts your account, the app always tells you so explicitly. Most of the time there simply isn't a matching job near you right now.

What your home screen tells you

What you see What it means What you can do
"You're all set" or "Your account is active" Everything is fine. There just isn't a matching job right now. Stay online. New jobs show up in the list automatically.
"Finish driver readiness" card You aren't activated yet. At least one step is still missing. Tap "Fix" on every open item.
A notice at the top of the home screen saying new jobs are paused Your account is restricted or under review. The notice explains why. Tap it or message support.
"Location permission is required" or "Waiting for location" The app doesn't know where you are, so it can't search for jobs near you. Allow location access in your device settings.

Checklist: profile & compliance

The "Profile & compliance" item stays open until we have reviewed your documents. Once you have uploaded everything, there is nothing else for you to do in the meantime. If we need anything, we'll contact you. The required documents are listed in Complete onboarding and document checks.

All set, but no jobs

Demand changes constantly by area, time, and vehicle. These steps help:

  1. Stay online: New jobs appear automatically while you're online.
  2. Check your filters: Tap the filter icon in the top right and set order timing to "All".
  3. Stop destination mode: While destination mode is on, you only see jobs that move you closer to your destination. Tap "Stop" in the filters.
  4. Check your active vehicle: You only see jobs that fit your active vehicle. You can pick a different vehicle under "Active vehicle" in the filters.
  5. Keep notifications on: That way you hear about new jobs even when the app isn't open.

Maxmove cannot guarantee a minimum number of jobs for a city or time.

Fleet drivers

As a fleet driver, your dispatcher assigns jobs to you. You only see marketplace jobs if your fleet allows drivers to browse them. If in doubt, ask your fleet. See Join a fleet and manage assignment status.

Contact support

In the driver app, open Help & Support and tap "Chat with support". Include:

  • what your home screen shows,
  • since when you haven't seen any jobs,
  • whether you drive independently or through a fleet.

Don't send document photos or ID details in the chat. Support can check your status without them.
