Missions and rewards

Which orders count toward a mission, when rewards become available, and how mission vouchers and the welcome discount work.

Written by the Maxmove team

In the customer or driver app, open your inbox and choose Missions. In the browser and desktop app, open Missions or Promotions in the workspace navigation. Switch to the workspace you want to use first.

Each mission card shows your next milestone, progress and deadline. Open its details for every reward tier and the qualifying rules. If enrollment is required, choose Join. Automatic missions begin with the first eligible booking or delivery acceptance while enrollment capacity remains available.

Which orders count?

  • Personal and Business workspaces count their customer orders.
  • Driver workspaces count deliveries performed under that workspace.
  • Fleet workspaces pool deliveries across the fleet. Reassigning a delivery between fleet members does not count it twice. The reward belongs to the fleet.

Launch missions count marketplace orders with at least €40 in transport charges after discounts, including applicable tax. The welcome discount and mission vouchers are deducted first, so a reward never pays for the order that earns the next one. Tips and later penalty charges do not count. Other missions may have different rules; check their displayed details.

The delivery must finish within the mission period. It counts toward an earned reward after payment is confirmed. Completed, unpaid orders appear as pending. A later payment, including a monthly invoice payment, can release a reward after the mission ends.

Each milestone awards the additional amount shown. Tiers of €5 / €5 / €10 therefore earn €20 in total. Daily, weekly and monthly missions have separate periods. Progress does not carry into the next period.

Vouchers and cash rewards

Launch-mission vouchers require a transport booking of at least €50 and expire 30 days after issuance. The end of a mission does not shorten that expiry. An eligible discount appears in the booking price. One discount applies per booking; a voucher and the welcome discount cannot be combined.

Driver rewards go to the driver workspace. Fleet rewards go to the fleet workspace and its configured payout destination. A pending reward is not a confirmed payout. If payout details are missing, check that workspace's wallet.

A discounted order can also count toward a referral program when it meets that program's own rules. See Referral program and invite rewards.

Welcome discount

The launch offer gives 20% off the first qualifying marketplace booking of €50 or more, capped at €10. It applies once per eligible Personal or Business workspace. A cancelled booking does not permanently consume the offer once the booking and its payment reservation are fully released.

Offers depend on your workspace, campaign dates and remaining capacity. An enrolled workspace keeps its promised terms even when new enrollments are no longer available.

Missing progress or adjusted rewards

Check your active workspace, completion time, transport amount and payment status. Reopen the mission to refresh its current state. Enrollment and reward notifications open the mission details; progress changes alone do not create another unread message.

A cancellation, refund or payment dispute can change progress and rewards. An unused voucher may be revoked. An already paid or used reward receives a separate review; your payment method is not automatically charged to recover it.

If the progress still looks wrong, contact support with the workspace, mission and order number.
