Track your order in real time

Track your Maxmove order in real time: live map tracking, status stages from pending to delivered, and what to do when tracking looks stuck.

Written by the Maxmove team

This article explains live tracking, status updates, and ETA monitoring while your delivery is active.

What this is

Tracking provides status progression, stop progress, and driver movement where available.

What to provide

  • Order ID when contacting support.
  • Current visible status and timestamp if tracking appears delayed.
  • Recipient availability details for handover blockers.

What happens next

  • Pending: order is created and waiting for assignment.
  • Confirmed: a transport company has committed to your delivery. The booking and tracking pages show a steady blue confirmation and the responsible company. Driver details appear when available; a company confirmation does not require a driver to be assigned yet.
  • Assigned: a driver has accepted the job.
  • In Transit: parcel is moving between stops.
  • Delivered: final stop has been completed.
  • If status is stuck, support can coordinate with dispatch for an updated ETA.

For urgent issues, share your order ID and current status with support so the team can escalate quickly.

For a scheduled delivery, the pickup time remains visible before live tracking starts. Location timestamps describe the freshness of the driver's position, not how recently your booking was checked.

When a company accepts a guest booking, you receive a separate email and, if you supplied a valid international mobile number, an SMS. This confirms who is handling your transport; driver assignment is a later update. For bookings made in your Account, acceptance appears in notifications, with push delivery when a device is registered and notifications are enabled.
