The booking flow supports immediate pickup and scheduled pickup modes, depending on your operational need.

Use “Now” when#

• Shipment is ready and pickup should start immediately.
• You can keep sender/recipient available during matching and dispatch.
• Time-critical handover is more important than exact pickup slot.

Use “Later” when#

• Pickup or recipient readiness depends on a planned time window.
• You need coordination across multiple stops or teams.
• You want to reduce failed handovers due to availability mismatch.

Changing schedule, route, or stops after confirmation can affect assignment speed and final pricing.
