Maxmove works with verified drivers and transport partners who must provide the required insurance documents. These include statutory motor vehicle liability insurance and, for commercial transport, appropriate goods-in-transit insurance. Whether and to what extent a specific loss is covered depends on the order, the transport partner carrying it out and the applicable terms. If something does happen, our support team coordinates the case quickly and directly – report the damage immediately with your order ID and photos.

Vehicles over 3.5 tonnes have additional requirements. You see the binding checklist during onboarding; once your documents are verified, we activate you for suitable jobs.
