For every booked slot at your site, Maxmove records whether the truck checked in on time. The report is in the dashboard under Operations → On-time performance. In the Day plan, each visit shows its result below the check-in time.
How it is measured
- The check-in counts: through the arrival link at the gate or the arrival report in the driver app, whichever is recorded first.
- A truck is on time if it checks in by the slot start. The slot reserves the dock from its start. A truck that only arrives during the slot shortens the service or blocks the next truck. Arriving early therefore counts as on time.
- Check-ins are compared to the minute: a check-in at 10:00:45 for a slot starting at 10:00 is on time.
- You set the arrival grace period in the site settings, from 0 to 60 minutes. Check-ins within the grace period count as on time; the minutes after slot start stay visible in the export.
- A no-show counts when your team marks the slot as No-show in the day plan. If an order fails because nobody was present at the customer, it does not count as the carrier's no-show.
- The result is fixed at check-in or when the no-show is marked, together with the grace period and the carrier assigned to the order at that moment. Later changes to the grace period or the assignment do not change it.
Visits without an evaluation
If a visit is served without a recorded check-in, Maxmove does not estimate an arrival time. The report lists these visits separately. It also shows booked slots that have passed without a check-in and without a no-show mark. Mark no-shows in the day plan so they count.
Report and export
"Checked in on time" is the share of on-time check-ins among all evaluated visits. No-shows count as a missed slot. You also see:
- Typical delay: the median minutes after slot start for late check-ins.
- Typical wait: the median time from check-in to the start of service. Long waits usually come from the site, not the carrier.
- Time on site: the median time from check-in to the end of the visit.
Under Breakdown, you see the values per carrier, per dock and separately for pickup (outbound) and delivery (inbound). Select a row to see its visits. A visit belongs to the day its slot starts, in the site's time zone.
With Export CSV, you download the visits with order, direction, slot, check-in, result, minutes after slot start, grace period, carrier, dock, licence plate, service start, completion, wait time and time on site. The export follows the period and filters, for example all visits of one carrier over the last 365 days for an annual review.
