Transport orders for vans
Courier runs, spare parts, single pallets: orders for panel vans and Sprinters in regional traffic – plannable and usually without an overnight stay.
Vans cover the segment where a truck is too big and a parcel carrier too unreliable: single consignments on a fixed date, bulky goods, sensitive items that must not be transhipped. That is where most direct-drive orders come from.
Commercially, run density decides this class. Two orders heading the same way do not double the effort but nearly double the return. It pays to record your operating area and vehicle class precisely – you are then shown orders that fit together.
How much your vehicle may actually carry is often less than the load space suggests: shelving, tools and a passenger all come off the payload. The payload calculator works it out from the registration document.
