How does compensation work?
You work on commission. We discuss the compensation terms in the introductory call and agree them in your partner agreement before you start.
What counts as revenue?
For transports, what Maxmove earns on an order, meaning commission and service fee, not the full fare. For the TMS, all fees the customer pays us. We always use net amounts.
Is there a fixed salary?
No. You work as an independent sales partner and are paid on commission only. In return, you decide when, where and how much you work.
Do I need a registered business?
Yes. You register a business (Gewerbe) with your city's trade office. This can usually be done online and costs about €10 to €60, depending on the city. With low revenue you can use the small business rule (Kleinunternehmerregelung). Students can register a business too.
How much time do I need to put in?
That's up to you. Some partners sell a few hours a week on the side, others do it full time.
Do I have to be on site?
No. You can sell by phone and email. With trades businesses and retailers, a visit in person often helps to close the deal.
Where can I sell?
You can sell Maxmove TMS anywhere in Germany. We offer transports through the platform in NRW first. We discuss which cities you can sell transports in during the intro call.
How are customers assigned to me?
You register every customer with us before they order or sign up. From then on they are assigned to you. If two partners register the same customer, the first registration counts.
When do I get paid?
We settle every month with a self-billed invoice and pay out the commission once the customer has paid their invoice.
Do I get support?
Yes. You get onboarding, sales material, a demo account and a dedicated contact at Maxmove.
