Digital Proof of Delivery (Digi) — Overview
What Digi is, how it works, and how to create digital delivery receipts.
Digi is Maxmove's digital proof-of-delivery system. Fleet managers create a DIGI with a reference number, assign it to a driver, and receive timestamped photo proof once the delivery is complete.
How Digi works
- Fleet manager creates a DIGI in the dashboard or mobile app with a reference number and optional delivery details (address, recipient, notes).
- The DIGI is assigned to a fleet driver (via push notification) or an external subcontractor (via email, SMS, or shared web link).
- The driver uploads photo proof through the mobile app or the web upload page.
- The fleet manager reviews the uploaded POD in the dashboard — preview, download as PDF, or forward via integrations.
Where you access Digi
- Fleet Dashboard: navigate to the Digi section in the sidebar.
- Mobile Driver App: view assigned DIGIs in the fleet control tab.
- Web Upload: external drivers use a shared link (no account needed).
Key capabilities
- Reference-number-based tracking with pending/completed status.
- QR code and shareable link generation for each DIGI.
- Multiple POD uploads per DIGI (add more photos after initial upload).
- PDF preview and download for all uploaded proofs.
- Notification delivery via push, email, SMS, or link sharing.
Digi replaces paper-based delivery receipts with a structured, auditable digital workflow.
