Uploading proof of delivery as a driver
How fleet drivers and external subcontractors upload delivery photos.
Once a DIGI is assigned, the driver captures and uploads photo proof to confirm delivery completion.
Upload via the mobile driver app
- Open the assigned DIGI from the fleet control section.
- Tap Camera to take a photo or Gallery to select existing images.
- Review selected images (up to 10 per upload), then tap Upload.
- The DIGI status changes to completed automatically after the first upload.
- You can add more photos even after the DIGI is marked completed.
Upload via web link (external drivers / subcontractors)
- Open the upload link received via email, SMS, or shared by the fleet.
- No Maxmove account or login is required.
- Select or drag-and-drop delivery photos, optionally enter your name and contact details.
- Submit the upload — the fleet manager is notified automatically.
Supported formats and limits
- Accepted: JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC (auto-converted to JPEG on mobile).
- Maximum 10 images per upload.
- Images are stored securely and converted to PDF for download.
Troubleshooting
- Camera/gallery permission required on mobile — check device settings if blocked.
- For upload failures, check your internet connection and retry.
- If the upload link has expired, ask the fleet manager to resend it.
Upload as soon as the delivery is complete — timestamped proof protects both driver and fleet.
