Join a fleet and manage assignment status
How drivers join fleet operations and track assignment readiness.
Use this guide when joining a fleet-managed operation or confirming why assignments are not visible yet.
What this is
Fleet-linked drivers receive assignments through dispatcher-managed routing and availability controls.
What to provide
- Your driver account identifier and fleet name.
- Invite reference or dispatcher confirmation if available.
- Current assignment status shown in your driver workspace.
What happens next
- Available now: fleet managers can approve linkage and dispatch readiness for eligible drivers.
- If assignment status remains blocked, support reviews compliance, role mapping, and dispatch configuration.
- Coming soon: clearer self-serve assignment-status diagnostics in driver and fleet views.
If you are fleet-assigned
- If you're assigned by a fleet dispatcher or manager, use the Fleet guides for dispatch, billing controls, and compliance workflows.
- Start with: Dispatch board and driver assignments; Fleet billing and payout controls; Compliance and document management.
When requesting support, include fleet name and the first timestamp where assignment access stopped or failed.
