Vehicle classes, dimensions, and payload guidance before booking.
Selecting the correct vehicle type avoids failed pickup attempts, delays, and price adjustments.
Vehicle types currently listed in booking
- Courier: small package flow, up to 10kg.
- Car: up to 100kg, economical for small/medium loads.
- Compact Van: up to 650kg.
- 2.7m Van: up to 800kg.
- 3.3m Van: up to 1200kg.
- 3.5t Lorry: up to 2500kg.
- 7.5t Lorry: up to 3500kg.
- Towing: vehicle transport/recovery use cases.
Selection rules
- Choose by both weight and dimensions, not weight alone.
- Account for stair access, loading constraints, and special handling.
- If uncertain, include detailed notes so support can validate before dispatch.
If load details change after booking, pricing and assignment may be recalculated.
