Most standard commercial and personal items can be transported when they match chosen vehicle and handling constraints.
Usually accepted
- General parcels, boxes, and standard business shipments.
- Furniture and larger loads when vehicle capacity is appropriate.
- Documented handover flows with clear recipient information.
Restricted or review-required
- Illegal goods or prohibited content are not accepted.
- Regulated, hazardous, or sensitive materials may require prior approval.
- Items with unclear ownership or unsafe packaging can be rejected at pickup.
If an item category is uncertain, confirm with support before dispatch to avoid cancellation risk.
