You can edit or cancel before certain operational milestones, depending on assignment state and whether pickup has started.
Changes usually allowed before pickup
- Recipient phone and delivery notes.
- Time window updates.
- Minor address corrections.
- If edit controls are unavailable, support can review manual changes.
Changes that can affect price
- Adding extra stops.
- Changing to a larger vehicle type.
- Major distance or time changes.
If the cancel button is unavailable, contact support and include the reason so the team can review options.
