Your account setup takes a few minutes and unlocks order tracking, payment history, and faster repeat bookings.
What you need before starting
- A valid email address and phone number.
- Your default pickup city and preferred language.
- A payment method you can verify.
Complete your profile
- Add your full name exactly as used for support verification.
- Confirm your phone number so dispatch can reach you if needed.
- Set notification preferences for live order updates.
If verification fails, contact support from the in-app messenger and share the email you used to sign up.
Already booked as a guest?
Create a personal account with the email address used for your booking and verify that email. When you open Orders, your matching guest bookings appear automatically, including bookings made before signup. Select a booking to open its management page for tracking, cancellation and available documents. Existing payments, receipts and tracking links stay valid.
If a booking is missing, check that your account email is verified and matches the booking email. Bookings made with a different email address require help from support.
